RPS deepens its commitment to South Korea with new Seoul office opening

RPS, a company specializing in offshore wind consulting holds an event to commemorate the relocation of the Seoul office from November 15th to 18th. The event will be held at the new office near Seoul City Hall and renewables industry professionals, including international specialists from RPS’ wider renewables team and RPS Korea’s in-country partners will attend the event.

The event consists of networking sessions for industry stakeholders. On the first and second day of the event, officials from domestic and foreign companies and industrial professionals will participate. On the 18th, an open session for prospective employees will be held to support career development in the offshore wind industry and domestic resourcing.

South Korea has set an ambitious goal of generating 12GW of offshore wind capacity by 2030, rapidly expanding the opportunities in renewable energy development. RPS is committed to actively supporting these efforts and is involved in several important projects in South Korea. RPS will contribute to the achievement of the government’s goal by supporting developers with their ongoing delivery in South Korea and expanding its base in the Korean offshore wind industry.
